Kristen Lukaszak
Attorney, Hoey & Farina, P.C.
LAF Young Professionals Board Member
“What I find most amazing about LAF is the depth of talent of the attorneys on staff. As a volunteer with LAF, I was inspired by their skill and the levels of expertise they possess – not only does LAF provide free legal aid to those most in need, but it provides each client with an expert in the area of law where they need help. LAF’s commitment to excellence would not be possible without our support. I will continue to devote my efforts to this organization, and hope you will as well.”
Kristen Lukaszak has been a member of the YPB since 2010. She currently serves as the co-chair of the YPB Social Committee, which hosts two special fundraising events a year to benefit LAF.

Anne W. Mitchell
Associate, Rooney Rippie & Ratnaswamy LLP
LAF Young Professionals Board Member
“One of my early mentors spent the first part of his career as an attorney with LAF and he impressed upon me the importance of a continuing commitment to pro bono service as part of my legal career. I jumped at the chance to join the YPB when it was formed because I was eager to complement my pro bono practice with other types of contributions to the important legal services work of LAF. My commitment to supporting LAF has only been strengthened by my interactions with many of the wonderful, dedicated professionals at LAF.”
Anne Mitchell has been on the YPB since 2009. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the YPB and co-chairs the YPB’s Outreach Committee, and has helped coordinate networking opportunities among the YPB and LAF interns and volunteer attorneys. Anne is also participating in LAF’s special pro bono initiative that links members of the YPB with special needs students.
