Ross, who is active with the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, specializing in children and childcare, has been a member of the LAF Board since 1999.  She is involved with LAF because it makes a difference in the lives of so many people of all walks of life.  If it was not for LAF, most of these people would not be able to get back on their feet and become productive members of the communities in which they live.
